At RETechCampus access a variety of cloud-based events and classes ranging from agent best practices to courses for brokers on building teams and a successful real estate business. Step 1: Browser Download

Mac OS: Safari

Safari browser is required to access the environment on Mac OS. To download the latest version of Safari click below. Once Safari is installed continue to the next step.

Step 2: Plugin Install

Log in to the Campus

The first time running the environment you'll be prompted to install a browser plugin. Follow the prompts to download and install Web Alive. Accept the plugin permissions and continue through the prompts until a login window is displayed. Enter your name and click "Login" to access the environment.

Start the Campus Environment

If you've installed the plugin and no login window is displayed, refresh the Cloud Environment page and look for any additional prompts. If it's your first visit, it could take several minutes for the plugin to install.

Step 3: Take a Tour

Navigating the Campus

All users enter at the Welcome Area which is near the center of the campus. The the left is an event amphitheater and to the right eXp Realty Offices. Use the arrows keys or W, S, A and D to move forward, backwards, left and right. Your mouse controls the direction of the view and movement. The ESC key gives back control of the mouse, if needed. Take a few minutes to explore the campus.

We use a tech support tool called GoToAssist to provide Live Support that let's us view your screen and control your mouse to fix technical issues - all with your permission of course. GoToAssist Live Support is available Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm ET.
